How Abri Group compares
From the Tenant Satisfaction Measures Abri Group reported to the Regulator of Social Housing for April 2024 to March 2025. "Most landlords" is the median across all landlords in England.
In Abri Group's latest tenant survey, 76% of tenants who'd had a repair were satisfied with the repairs service, so around 2 in 10 were not. That's better than most landlords.
75% said Abri Group provides a home that is well maintained (better than most landlords).
Abri Group reported that none of its homes failed the Decent Homes Standard at the end of the year. That's a landlord's own assessment, and it doesn't mean every home is free of problems.
It completed 95% of non-emergency repairs within its own target of 64 days, and 99% of emergency repairs on time.
Tenants made 70 formal complaints for every 1,000 homes, compared with 54 at most landlords, and only 41% of tenants who complained were satisfied with how it was handled.
